The rigidity is the selling point for me—it holds its shape without any sagging, yet I can still twist and reach way easier than with my old web cummerbund. Mounting pouches took no time at all since the holes line up perfectly with standard kit.

Took these out for a weekend class and the mobility difference versus my old cummerbund is night and day. The rigid shell stays put under gear but doesn't bind when I twist or reach. Mounting my pouches took no time at all since it uses the same holes I was already used to.

The rigid thermoplastic is surprisingly comfortable once you move around in it, and it holds my gear way steadier than the floppy cummerbund I used before. Mobility is definitely better too, I can twist and bend without the whole setup shifting.
