Used it as a standalone chest rig on a hike and the lightweight build meant I barely noticed it was there. Swapping between the plate carrier and the stand-alone setup takes seconds, which is exactly what I needed. Feels solid without adding bulk.

The stitching and attachment points feel rock solid, and it took me less than three minutes to swap it from my plate carrier to the standalone chest rig setup. Exactly the lightweight, modular option I wanted for quick range days.

Didn't expect the integration to be this seamless—the MOLLE attachment locks in tight with zero wobble, and running it as a standalone chest rig for shorter trips is a nice bonus. The whole setup feels noticeably lighter than my previous carrier setup, which makes all-day wear a lot less tiring.
